2008 National Convention
Registration Payment Plan Policy and Procedure
The chapter has purchased 7 convention registration packages that are for sale at $650 each for the 2008 convention, which will be held in Atlanta, GA June 10-14, 2008. They can be reserved on a first come, first served basis with a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 due by January 31st, 2008. A second installment of $250.00 is due by February 28th, 2008. The remaining balance of $150.00 is due by March 15th, 2008. Please note, reservations will be guaranteed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted through March 31st and any refunds will be minus the $250.00 non-refundable deposit.
IF the chapter has packages for sale after March 31st, they can still be purchased, but only for a lump sum payment of $650.00. Please note that the D/FW Chapter will NOT repurchase packages.

Your canceled check will serve as your receipt. Confirmations will not be sent until the package is paid in full. All notifications will be made to the National Office in Greenbelt, MD once payment is made in full. Please do not contact the national office, as the D/FW Chapter Treasurer will coordinate the information regarding your registration. (i.e. the national office will have no information regarding your convention status until it has been forwarded by the D/FW Chapter - Treasurer)
**New in 2007 we began accepting credit card payments via pay pal for an additional cost of $20 to cover the processing fee. Anyone who would like to pay via pay pal for $670, please contact Malcolm Williams (Malcolm.l.williams@us.pwc.com) for an electronic billing.**
Please note that hotel accommodations are your responsibility and should be made with the hotel. If you are a paid member, you should have received a convention registration brochure that details the pertinent hotel information (room rates etc.).
